Komodo Platform, a cryptocurrency project that focuses on providing anonymity through zero-knowledge proofs and security through a novel Delayed Proof of Work (dPoW) protocol, has entered a strategic partnership agreement with ValueNet Capital, Beijing-based venture capital fund.
Komodo Platform To Launch World’s First Decentralized ICO With Help From ValueNet Capital
Forked from Zcash by the SuperNET team, Komodo Platform offers complete independence on the blockchain, including decentralized exchange, decentralized ICOs, and atomic swaps. The agreement with ValueNet Capital, however, is focused on decentralized initial coin offerings (dICOs).
Mounting regulatory pressure worldwide is creating the demand for a completely decentralized solution. Komodo Platform wants to deliver. Its technology allows entrepreneurs and business owners to launch completely independent blockchains on the Komodo Platform. They can subsequently sell their blockchain’s coins to the public via a dICO.
ValueNet will provide risk assessment and strategic consulting while Komodo Platform ensures all decentralized ICOs are launched securely and successfully.

The partnership agreement will prove to be useful in the very short term as Komodo Platform prepares to launch the “world’s first decentralized ICO“, BlocNATION – a provider of cashless payments systems for festivals, entertainment venues, and other large events in Southeast Asia.
BlocNATION’s BLOC Token Sale will begin on April 17 and the BLOC Token will be available for purchase via the BlocNATION website. As the partnership between Komodo Platform and ValueNet Capital began on March 23, 2018, the new team will have less than a month to prepare the risk assessment and strategic consulting before the dICO.
The deal is effective until both parties consent to termination of the agreement.
ValueNet Capital is a Beijing-based venture fund focused exclusively on investing in Blockchain technologies. It has strong relationships with some of the most promising entrepreneurs and other top investors in the space.
The venture fund is led by Sonic Zhang, the Co-founder and Global Director of 20 Nations League of Blockchain (B20), an international NGO focused on bridging blockchain and crypto-currency communities worldwide.
ValueNet Capital is working on a number of major projects, including OmiseGo, Binance, PowerLedger, PlayKey, RobotCache, Celsius Network, WAX, and CoinPoker. Komodo Platform is the latest.
