Oasys and Pacific Meta enter a strategic partnership to expand blockchain gaming in the Southeast Pacific region.
Video blockchain gaming platform Oasys announced a strategic partnership with Japan-based Pacific Meta, a Web 3 advisory and marketing firm in East Asia, to bring Web 3 gaming products to Chinese-speaking markets in the Southeast Asia region. The partnership aims to expand blockchain gaming in Japan and other East Asia regions, expanding the reach of Oasys and its gaming titles to over 1 billion people in the region.
Announced this Thursday, Oasys will leverage Pacific Meta’s extensive experience in advisory and marketing services tailored for international Web3 projects to ensure a better in-game user experience on game titles within the Oasys’ ecosystem. Additionally, the partnership will enhance the expansion of Oasys’ gaming ecosystem to Southeast Asia markets, allowing Chinese speakers to experience the full potential of blockchain gaming.
Over the past few years, Pacific Meta has built a reputation for assisting major Web 3 gaming projects to enter the Southeast Asia region via its wide local networks. The company offers Web 3 gaming projects several benefits including strategic development, localization, promotional activities, community engagement, and assistance with token listings.
By partnering with Pacific Meta, projects on Oasys will gain similar benefits, including localisation for the Chinese-speaking community, social media management, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) marketing, and community engagement.
The latest partnership follows extensive efforts by Oasys to enter the Chinese-speaking markets. Recently, the blockchain gaming platform launched its ‘Dragon Update’ comprising three crucial pillars: Interoperability, Ecosystem, and Killer Content. Partnering with Pacific Meta strengthens the core goals of the Dragon Update, bringing blockchain games built with three pillars to the Southeast Asian market.
Critically, Oasys will focus on implementing the third pillar, Killer Content, by supporting the creation of Chinese language materials tailored for blockchain games in the Southeast Asia region. This strategic partnership will advance the blockchain gaming space across Chinese-speaking nations and help in expanding Oasys’ ecosystem in the region.
